We always say that students’ key to success lies in the hand of the teacher, however I believe that nobody can teach anyone anything. One of our Sanskrit shlokas mentions the same that a person grows, One fourth because of the teacher, one fourth from one’s own intelligence, one fourth from surroundings, and one fourth only with time. It takes a whole village to educate a child and indeed it is the responsibility of all adults to create a conducive environment where effective learning takes place.
An education system that develops the imagination of the child is richer than the one that does not. The imagination is where new ideas are created and progress becomes possible. This allows students to explore themselves and become aware of their potential.
School is a platform where as far as possible maximum exposure of various skill sets like problem solving, leadership, adaptability, time management, co-scholastic development and many more must be given.

ABOUT THE SCHOOL - AN INTRODUCTION
Vivekanand Senior Secondary School was founded by Late. Sh. Banarasi Dass Sharma and his wife Late Smt. Radha Devi with a view to spread value based education blended with great Indian cultural heritage. Mr Sharma was highly inspired by the teachings’ of Swami Vivekananda and had deep faith in him. Hence to revive great Indian values and to give an impetus to Swamiji’s teachings’, he founded this prestigious institute. It was the first private educational institute of the area at that time.
Initially the school was opened for kids and was named Vivekananda Bal Mandir. The school is presently run by Vivekananda Shiksha Pracharini Sabha. The school was upgraded to High School standard in 1992 and in 2005 it was further upgraded to give the present status of Senior Secondary School. Till 2017 the school was affiliated to Haryana board of School Education, Bhiwani and had many remarkable achievements to his credit including the State Topper in 2017, when Harish Sharma San off Sunil Sharma student of the institute store the first position in the state of Haryana in class 12th board exams.
In 2017 the school switched over to CBSE to give a modern impetus to its educational standard and continued its success stories in CBSE too. In 2020 Payal Singla student of 12th medical topped the district in 12th board exams. The school is producing 100% results in CBSE board exams year after year.
The school is specially recognised in this area for its excellent education, moral and spiritual development of its students. The School has many achievements to its credit at district and state level in scholastic and coscholastic areas.
